We take care to accurately describe our products (including SUP paddles, beachwear, drysuits, and accessories), but slight variations in colour or design may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Special Categories

Please note these special product categories:

• Expedition Food: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Beachwear: Only returnable if faulty
• Neoprene products: Non-returnable if used in water
• Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.

3.3 Pricing

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country.

4.3 Delivery Issues

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt if:

• Items are unused with original tags attached
• Original packaging and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided

5.2 Return Process

2. Wait for our return approval (within 2 business days)
3. Repackage securely in original packaging

5. We’ll process refund within 5 business days of receipt

5.3 Refund Details

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged or incorrect items. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping.

6.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6.2 Product Use

Our products are designed for paddle boarding and related water activities. Use them responsibly and according to manufacturer guidelines.

7.1 General Liability

SUP Inflatables’ liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

While we ensure product quality, we’re not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of our products.

7.3 Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
