Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx (£12.95 shipping fee)

Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders over £50)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Expedition Food (opened or unopened)
  • Beachwear (swimwear, unless faulty)
  • Neoprene products that have been used in water
  • Gift Vouchers

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our Nottingham address using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
